Decorrido o prazo para a apresentação de candidatura ou declaração de renúncia ao 17.º Concurso curricular de acesso ao Supremo Tribunal de Justiça, verificaram-se 36 declarações de renúncia de entre os concorrentes necessários.

Assim sendo, nos termos do disposto no n.º 7 do artigo 51.º do Estatuto dos Magistrados Judiciais divulga-se a lista dos 36 juízes desembargadores colocados nas posições imediatamente a seguir ao último da lista inicialmente estabelecida, para, enquanto concorrentes necessários, apresentarem candidatura ou declararem renunciar ao 17.º Concurso curricular de acesso ao Supremo Tribunal de Justiça, no prazo compreendido entre 14 de novembro de 2022 e as 23h:59m (hora de Portugal Continental) de 25 de novembro de 2022.
