Face à notícia hoje veiculada pelo semanário Expresso, o Conselho Superior da Magistratura (CSM) vem esclarecer:

Na sua reunião plenária de ontem, 8 de setembro de 2020, foi deliberado notificar a Exma. Senhora Juíza Conselheira Maria Clara Sottomayor para esta se pronunciar sobre se aceita ou não a proposta formulada pelo Exmo. Senhor Inspetor Extraordinário no sentido de lhe ser aplicada uma sanção de advertência não registada, independentemente de ser instaurado processo disciplinar, nos termos do artigo 109º, n.º 4 do Estatuto dos Magistrados Judiciais (EMJ).
