Divulga-se que o Tribunal Arbitral do Desporto solicitou ao Conselho Superior da Magistratura a designação do membro do Conselho de Arbitragem Desportiva, nos termos n.ºs 1 e 2 do artigo 10.º da Lei 74/2013, de 6 de Setembro (Lei do Tribunal Arbitral do Desporto), com as alterações introduzidas pela Lei n.º 33/2014, de 16 de junho.

Os Senhores Juízes Conselheiros e Desembargadores Jubilados que mostrem interesse no exercício das referidas funções deverão manifestar o mesmo, até ao próximo dia 30 de novembro de 2020, junto deste Conselho Superior da Magistratura, Ref. 2017/DSQMJ/3610, para o email: csm@csm.org.pt .
