Leva-se ao conhecimento de Vossas Excelências o teor do ofício enviado à Associação Sindical de Juízes Portugueses, em 26/02/2020, relativo ao pedido de audiência dirigido ao Conselho Superior da Magistratura.

Assunto – Comunicado e pedido de audiência
Em resposta aos ofícios gentilmente enviados, apraz-me informar o seguinte:
a) Na qualidade de Presidente do Conselho Superior da Magistratura registo, com agrado, a preocupação manifestada pela Associação Sindical dos Juízes Portugueses de cabal esclarecimento de problemas vindos a público suscetíveis de afetar, de modo sensível, o prestígio dos juízes e da justiça portugueses;
b) Assinalo também que o propósito de apuramento completo de tais problemas, seja relacionados com a distribuição de processos no Tribunal da Relação de Lisboa ou com eventual desrespeito de deveres de exclusividade, é absolutamente convergente com os propósitos deste Conselho;
c) Assinalo também que foi publicamente informado pelo Conselho Superior da Magistratura, logo no dia 13 de fevereiro, a abertura de uma investigação a esses factos até às últimas consequências, que se espera apresente os primeiros resultados para apreciação no Plenário do próximo dia 3 de março;
d) Neste circunstancialismo, porque a posição da Associação Sindical dos Juízes Portugueses é conhecida, publicamente e por via do comunicado enviado, além de ser alinhada com a posição já tomada por este Conselho, mas também porque o agendamento do Plenário de dia 3 não permite qualquer alteração, não será possível atender ao pedido de audiência nessa data.
