Por solicitação da Exma. Sra. Juiz titular, divulga-se resumo da sentença do processo Processo 492/lg.4TgEVR, cuja arguida, à data dos factos pediatra no Hospital do Espirito Santo de Évora, estava acusada da prática de um crime de homicídio por negligência, tendo sido agora absolvida.
