O Programa da Cristina – SIC – 25 de Junho de 2020

O Conselho Superior da Magistratura (CSM) tomou conhecimento, através dos meios de comunicação social, das declarações prestadas pela Exma. Senhora Ana Sofia Loureiro Marques, na Assembleia da República, as quais envolvem um pretenso Juiz, que a mesma não identificou, declarações essas que hoje foram reproduzidas e comentadas na SIC, no “O Programa da Cristina”.

Perante as declarações na Assembleia da República, o CSM abriu imediatamente um procedimento interno no âmbito do qual procedeu à notificação da Exma. Senhora Ana Sofia Loureiro Marques, solicitando-lhe a identificação do alegado Juiz, à qual a mesma respondeu, informando que se recusava a proceder a essa identificação, uma vez que não queria colocar a descoberto a identidade de nenhum dos seus clientes.

Pelo exposto, apenas restará ao CSM aguardar que a declarante proceda a essa identificação, perante a Procuradoria-Geral da República, mantendo pendente o referido procedimento interno.
